Valentin Values provides educational, reflective, and contemplative teachings in areas including (but not limited to): Enneagram-informed awareness, leadership in love, relational maturity, presence-based orientation, and personal development.

2. TERMS & CONDITIONS

2.1 Scope of Services

All offerings provided by Valentin Values — including courses, workshops, memberships, written materials, audio/video content, live or recorded sessions — are educational in nature.

They are intended to support reflection, awareness, and personal orientation and do not constitute professional, clinical, or regulated services.

2.2 No Therapy or Medical Services

Valentin Values does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, medical advice, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or legal or financial advice.

Participation does not create a therapist–client, doctor–patient, or other professional care relationship.

Participants experiencing psychological distress or medical concerns are encouraged to seek support from qualified professionals in their country of residence.

2.3 Personal Responsibility

Participation is voluntary. Participants remain fully responsible for their own interpretations, decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Valentin Values is not responsible for personal decisions or consequences arising from participation in offerings.

2.4 Eligibility

Offerings are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2.5 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content provided by Valentin Values — including videos, audio recordings, written materials, frameworks, exercises, visual designs, live teachings, and logos — is the intellectual property of Valentin Values and Jane Valentin.

All rights reserved.

Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access materials for private use only.

2.6 Access Integrity

Access to offerings is granted to the individual purchaser only.

Sharing login credentials, access codes, or platform access with others is prohibited.

Valentin Values reserves the right to monitor access usage and suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

2.7 Access & Availability

Content is delivered digitally via Simplero or affiliated platforms. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Valentin Values is not liable for platform outages, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions.

2.8 Payments, Access & Refund Policy

All offerings are delivered as digital content.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• access begins immediately or on the stated start date
• the statutory right of withdrawal is waived once access begins
• refunds are not offered for digital content once accessed

Unless otherwise stated, participants are granted lifetime access to purchased content for as long as the program or platform is actively maintained.

Exceptional refund considerations (e.g. duplicate purchase or technical failure) are handled at the sole discretion of Valentin Values.

2.9 Memberships

Memberships operate on a recurring subscription basis.

Participants acknowledge that:

• Payments are billed automatically per the chosen cycle
• Memberships may be canceled before the next billing date
• Cancellation stops future charges only
• No refunds are issued for current or past billing periods
• Access ends at the conclusion of the paid period

2.10 Interaction, Coaching & Scope of Support

Some offerings may include live sessions, group conversations, written responses, reflective feedback, or one-to-one interaction.

All interactions are educational and reflective in nature and do not constitute therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment.

Any coaching offered is non-directive and focused on awareness, orientation, and self-responsibility.

2.11 Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly in all shared spaces.

Harassment, discrimination, harmful speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Valentin Values reserves the right to limit or revoke access if conduct compromises the integrity of the learning environment. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

2.12 Consent & Personal Boundaries

Participation is voluntary. Participants choose what they share and how deeply they engage.

No participant is required to disclose personal, emotional, or sensitive information.

Valentin Values is not responsible for content voluntarily shared by participants or emotional responses arising from reflection or group interaction.

2.13 Changes & Force Majeure

Valentin Values may modify, reschedule, or discontinue offerings due to illness, technical issues, platform changes, or events beyond reasonable control.

Reasonable efforts will be made to inform participants.

2.14 No Guarantees of Outcome

No outcomes, results, healing, transformation, or specific changes are guaranteed.

Any examples or stories shared are illustrative only and do not constitute promises of similar results.

2.15 Independent Judgment & Non-Reliance

Teachings are offered as perspectives for reflection, not directives.

Participants agree to exercise independent judgment and to seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

2.16 Recording & Confidentiality

Live sessions may be recorded unless otherwise stated.

Participants consent to recording while reasonable efforts are made to respect privacy.

Valentin Values is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality by other participants.

2.17 Right to Refuse or Terminate Participation

Valentin Values reserves the right to refuse enrollment or terminate participation if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unethical, or misaligned with the integrity of the learning environment.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

2.18 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valentin Values and Jane Valentin are not liable for direct or indirect losses, personal decisions, or consequences arising from participation.

2.19 Intellectual Property, Copying & Distribution

Participants may not copy, download, screen-record, reproduce, distribute, forward, sublicense, or otherwise share any materials provided by Valentin Values.

Materials may not be used for teaching, facilitation, or commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may constitute a violation of copyright law.

2.20 Code of Respect & Learning Ethos

Valentin Values is held as a space for thoughtful, respectful, and mature engagement.

Participants are expected to:

• engage with discernment and responsibility
• respect the teachings as the intellectual and lived work of the teacher
• respect fellow participants and their personal sharing

Judgment, harassment, misuse of teachings, or disruptive behavior is not aligned with the ethos of this learning environment.

2.21 Platform & Social Media Disclaimer (Meta)

This website, its content, and the services offered by Valentin Values are provided independently and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., including Facebook or Instagram.
